The students are required to be made understood more about their body and about what to eat and what not to eat. How the daily time table should appear like with proper feedback mechanism so that student in this age group can be made to understand the importance of yoga in their daily life and studies and also build a strong foundation for the career building years i.e. throughout their 20s. However yoga is timeless system and any age group can practice this system of yoga.
Student however may not feel the need to do yoga due to their nature which keep on fluctuating however if the schooling system , education system , parents, teachers inculcate this habit and persuade the children’s to do the yoga it can transform the student into a excellent student in academics as well as all the other sphere like sports , arts, music , literature, dance, etc.
